These wheat bags are perfect for when you're feeling cold, stressed, or for soothing tense muscles or aches. Simply place the wheat bag in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable for a maximum of 1-2 minutes on a medium setting. It can also be used as a cool pack to relieve pain. Just place it in the freezer for up to 1 hour.
